Turns out the result of Naft Abadan - Naft Tehran is entered wrong on "iransports.net". Anyways, Perspolis is either 13th or 12th although I believe there are many teams that are better than them in terms of players and management. Most of the teams that beat Perspoulis have smaller budgets. They need to pay attention how they are spending people's money so they don't blame others for their losses such as anyone in Iran that has money other than them!
